What is a Life & Spiritual Coach?
A Life & Spiritual Coach is someone who helps you reconnect with the purpose and meaning you might have lost along the way. They guide you through transitions, help you untangle the messiness of life, and remind you of the spark you once felt. My approach blends practical tools with deep, meaningful reflection, creating a space where you can rediscover your own path—without judgment, without someone else’s agenda. It’s about helping you find the answers that are already inside you, and honoring the unique journey you’re on. -
Coaching is for anyone who’s ready to grow, reflect, and take steps toward a more aligned and meaningful life. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to dive deep, ask questions, and do the real work. The more open and committed you are, the more value you’ll get from the process.

The most important thing to know is that coaching involves real work. Growth takes guts, and not everyone’s ready to put in the work—and that’s completely okay. When I first started my journey, I thought I could figure it all out on my own, but I didn’t realize how much guidance and support I actually needed to level up. I’ll always meet you where you are, and if now isn’t the right time, that’s fine too. When you are ready, I’ll be here—no pressure.

I understand that finances can be a barrier, and I never want money to be the reason someone misses out on guidance they truly need. While my rates reflect over 30 years of experience in life and spiritual growth—and 15 years in career and business coaching—I also live by a “never turn my back” policy. If you're in genuine financial hardship, I’m open to working out a plan that fits your situation — no judgement, no BS. This might mean being flexible with scheduling around full-paying clients or providing documentation of your current circumstances. I’m even developing a partner-program where you may be able to join another session at no cost. If this speaks to you, please reach out through the Contact page—we’ll figure it out together.
-
That depends entirely on where you are in your personal journey. Some people need just a few sessions to gain clarity, while others may benefit from ongoing guidance over months or even years. There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline—your journey, your growth, and your readiness to dive deep all play a role. I’ll help you assess where you are and build a structure that supports your growth, whether you're starting from scratch or just looking for your next level up. Everyone’s path is unique, and that’s exactly how I approach each client.

Great question. I don’t just coach from theory—I coach from real experience. I’ve built and failed businesses, worked in unconventional industries, and walked both the dark and the light in my own life.
I blend my dad’s business grit, my mom’s creative spirit, and my own spiritual journey to guide artists, seekers, and rebels who feel lost in a world that wasn’t built for them.
You’ll get my full presence—no fluff, no ego, just raw, honest guidance from someone who’s been there. If I don’t have the answer, I’ll help you find it. That’s my promise.

My goal is to serve those I can make the greatest impact on, and because I offer focused, individualized guidance, I’m selective about who I work with. If you weren’t accepted, it may be because your responses didn’t reflect the level of readiness, openness, or commitment this kind of coaching requires. That said, growth can happen fast — you’re welcome to reapply after 30 days, or sooner if you’ve had a clear breakthrough or shift you can express in a new application. I take this work seriously—because you deserve the best support possible. And I encourage you to do the same.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being charged in full or counted as used if part of a package.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the coach’s discretion with an approved form of validation [e.g. Doctor’s note, valid document, etc.].
Missed Sessions/No-Shows
A missed session without notice is considered a no-show and will be charged in full.
Repeated no-shows may result in termination of the coaching relationship/contract.
Refund Policy
coaching is an investment in your personal development. Refunds are not offered for completed sessions.
Unused sessions in a package (or multiple hour single session, [e.g. 3-hour session]) may be eligible for a partial/prorated refuend if cancelled with 72+ hours’ notice (or during a multiple hour single session) before the next scheduled sessions. No exceptions.
Termination & Package Refunds
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time in writing. If you choose to cancel a multi-session package or request a refund before completing all sessions, please note that one session will be deucted from your refund amount. This applies even if no sessions have been used yet. For example, if you purchase a 3-session plan or a 3-hour session and decide not to continue (or not to attend your single 3-hour single session), you will be refunded for 2 sessions (or 2 hours for a single 3-hour session), with 1 session retained as a service and scheduling fee. If you’ve already used 1 session (or 1-hour of a 3-hour single session) and request a refund for the remaining 2, you will be refunded for 1 session/1-hour single session. This policy helps account for time, preparation, and resources committed in advanced.
Final Coach Note:
No Refunds. No Bullshit. This is a commitment. You are serious, or you are not. Do not schedule if you are uncertain. This policy helps account for time, preparation, and resources commited in advance. *With the exception of the outlined policies above and documented in the Coaching Agreement that is signed prior to the first session.
